'Villa Agnese' is a newly built, well-kept 2 family villa in a quiet location on the outskirts of Badesi, surrounded by 4000 square meters of garden with Mediterranean trees such as olives, oranges, mandarins, limes, figs, almonds, etc. A beautiful pool and private parking spaces in the inner courtyard are available free of charge in the complex.
The apartment, with 2 comfortable double rooms, is 75 square meters and is suitable for up to 5 people. The apartment has a private entrance, a furnished terrace with barbeque and beautiful sea views, living room, kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, bath / shower and a washing machine.
A free internet connection is available to our guests.
The pool is available to our guests from June 1st to September 30th.
The center is 800 meters away. There you will find a pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets (where you can buy cheap and varied).
Villa Agnese is 2 km from the beautiful 8 km long sandy beach of Badesi. A bus runs to the beach every 30 minutes in the summer months from June to September. For 1 euro a day you can drive as often as you like. There is a surf school, boat rental, swimming pool, bar and restaurants by the sea, but above all the very beautiful long sandy beach attracts. You can find a good diving school on Isola Rossa (6 km away).

Badesi is located in the north of Sardinia in Gallura, in a dreamlike landscape, where the red of the granite meets the blue of the crystal clear water, where the mountainous landscape and the sea shake hands. Badesi also has the advantage that it is in an excellent location from where you can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful and interesting places (villages and towns) in the north of Sardinia. How to reach Valledoria, Castellsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa and many others. Water sports enthusiasts are also catered for, here you can practice windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, canoeing and many other sports.

We stayed for nine nights in early June.
The property was spotlessly clean, had a well equipped kitchen and had great views, and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. Their cat is also very friendly.
My wife is mosquito nectar. But the mosquito netting door and window frames meant you could leave the windows open all night, which, as there was no air conditioning, came in useful. She wasn't bitten once.
The gardens were very pretty and well kept and the swimming pool welcome in the Sardinia heat. There are three good value supermarkets within a few minutes' drive, handy when you're self catering.
Badesi beach is a 10 minute drive away. I would recommend going down there in the early evening when it's quieter and not so hot. Unless of course you prefer it hot and more crowded.
I would highly recommend the apartment and Badesi.
