About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the top floor of a former barn. This is on the edge of a small village and is surrounded by fields and a garden. From the large terrace you have a wide view of the landscape. Tastefully minimalist decor. Spacious living room with American kitchen. Parquet. A swimming lake is right behind the house. Switch off and relax!
There is only one bedroom. A folding bed can be added if necessary. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking, for example around the Werbellinsee or in the Grumsiner Forst, Europe's largest beech forest.
There are many offers for riders and anglers.
Right behind the house is a small lake for swimming. The lido at the nearby Parsteinsee with its flat shore is ideal for children. In the ecological village Brodowin you can buy fresh organic products.
Angermünde with its historic old town is 15 minutes away. It offers many shops and hourly train connections to Berlin. In Chorin you can visit the romantic monastery ruins. Technology freaks will be thrilled by the Niederfinow boat lift.

Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit geniessen kann und mit selbstversorgung kein Problem hat,Ist die richtig. Um heisse Tagesabschnitte im Hochsommer zu überstehen, gibt es in der Nähe einige Bademöglichkeiten.

Wir haben uns für die Dachgeschosswohnung in Bölkendorf wegen der ruhigen Lage in der Uckermark und dem besonderen Erscheinungsbild der Unterkunft entschieden.
Beide Kriterien wurden absolut erfüllt.
Lage und Konzeption des Appartements sind einzigartig.
Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar war für uns der Zustand der Ferienwohnung.
Für unser Hygieneempfinden hat vor unserer Anreise nahezu keine Reinigung stattgefunden.
Ohne penibel zu sein, haben uns völlig verdreckte Küchenfronten, ein verkrusteter Backofen, Haare des Vormieters im Abfluss und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche angewidert.
Desweiteren waren einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Beim Geschirrspüler konnten wir nur ein Programm nutzen, dieses hatte keine wirkliche Reinigungswirkung(auch zu erkennen am Zustand des kompletten Geschirrs in den Schränken),die Toilettenbrille wurde von einem Holzleim gehalten(eine funktionale aber unhygienische Lösung), der vorhandene Wäscheständer hat unseren Aufenthalt und Benutzung noch überstanden (wir haben die Handtücher darauf gut ausbalanciert).
Alles in Allem hat das gemietete Objekt also leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen.
Es sind nicht viele Handgriffe nötig um aus dieser Unterkunft eine Traumferienwohnung zu machen aber notwendig sind sie allemal!
