About this house rental
In a prime location, directly on the Rhine and in the idyllic core of the village of Spay, you will find the "Ferienhaus am Fluss".
It offers 190 m2 renovated in 2014/15 and very tastefully furnished rooms for up to 8 people. All living rooms and bedrooms have a view of the Rhine and the untouched nature on the opposite side of the Rhine.
On three floors there is a living and dining area with 38 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 large balconies, a room for the safe storage of your bicycles, washing machine, dryer, free internet access.
The cozy holiday home is perfectly equipped for families or small groups. It is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, boat trips, wine tasting and many tourist attractions. But you can also relax here all year round in peace and extensively. The large living room, the spacious bedrooms and the two large balconies invite you to switch off and relax. Observe the passing ships, the many water birds, or lie down on a lounger on the upper, invisible balcony and sunbathe. Read a good book (you will find a fine selection in the house) and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony in the moonlight at night.
Within walking distance there is a village shop, several restaurants and the shipping pier.
The house has been equipped by us so that you feel completely comfortable and are also provided with everyday things such as plasters and sewing tools.
In the morning, you can be pampered with fresh bread rolls.
