We stayed here for two weeks during the second half of July 2012. The owners are very friendly and helpful The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as shown on the photo's and description on the internet. The beautiful sea view from the balcony of the apartment is in accordance with the photo but is somewhat hampered by a tree. The apartment is situated in a building on a complex with about 80 other apartments. Most apartments are resided by Italians in age between babies to people in their seventies. The complex is secure, quiet, and very well maintained. It is equipped with a large and beautiful swimming pool (above our expectations). The pool is guarded by a very friendly and athletic lifeguard. A couple of times a week he provides aqua gym sessions but unfortunately he speaks only Italian. Internet is available via a wireless modem with a USB port connection, this works fine but does have limitations in speed and amount of data. It works better than internet in many hotels and is sufficient as a holiday facility. We have visited Sanremo (shopping, market, old city, harbor and restaurants), Bussana (nice sandy beach), Bussana Vecchia (artist village), Dolceaqua, Ventimiglia (market and Hanburry gardens), Monaco and Imperia (harbor and old city). We would recommend this holiday apartment because of the nice climate, the big swimming pool, the many destinations that you could visit in the area and the good price-performance ratio. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in dieser Wohnung in Ospedaletti verbracht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön und wir haben viel Zeit draussen verbracht. Die Wohnung war grosszügig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die beiden Badezimmer haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Übergabe/Abgabe der Wohnung hat reibungslos geklappt und wir haben Frau Kuhlmann als Ansprechperson sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank für die Überraschung beim Empfang! Wir können diese Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen.

Ho girato poco il mondo e sono sicura che il mio giudizio sarà parziale e contaminato ...però più visito l'Italia più amo il mio paese. E soprattutto la Liguria sia levante che ponente. Wir würden wieder hinfahren

Die Gastgeberin Frau Kuhlmann hat vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes auf Fragen schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Zur Schlüsselübergabe am Anfang und am Ende war sie wie verabredet vor Ort. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war vor Ort noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir haben ihn immer genossen, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren. Zwei Bäder zu haben, war Luxus. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Für uns war es außerdem großartig, einen großen Pool zum Schwimmen, springen und toben zu haben sowie Tennis spielen zu können. Überhaupt fanden wir die Anlage, in der die Wohnung liegt, sehr schön. Angesichts der aktuellen Corona Situation hat Frau Kuhlmann Desinfektionsmittel und sogar Einwegmasken bereit gestellt, was wir als sehr guten Service empfanden. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung und die Gastgeberin aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung in einer wundervollen Lage

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (13 und 11 J) eine traumhafte Woche in Ospedaletti in dieser wundervollen Wohnanlage. Frau Kuhlmann ist eine sehr herzliche und serviceorientierte Vermieterin, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns sogar zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Sekt kalt gestellt hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut aufgeteilt. Ein großer Vorteil sind die beiden Badezimmer, wenn man mit zwei Teenagern unterwegs ist.... Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, die Betten TOP, aber am allerschönsten ist die wahnsinnige Aussicht auf die Bucht, die man von der großen Balkon-Terasse genießen kann. Der Pool war natürlich für uns eine willkommene Abkühlung nach einem heißen Sommertag. Das große Schwimmbecken wird auch von einem Bademeister durchgängig bewacht und gesäubert, was wir sehr gut fanden. Die einzige Bitte wäre für zukünftige Buchungen, dass ein wenig mehr auf die Sauberkeit in den Bädern geachtet werden könnte. Als wir aber dieses Manko bei Frau Kuhlmann ansprachen, hat sie sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Die gesamte Wohnanlage (Parkplätze ausreichend und nah gelegen) befindet sich in Hanglage ca. 500m vom Ortskern entfernt. Dazu muss man einen Fußweg über ca. 300 Stufen durch kleine verwunschene Wege und Gassen bewältigen, was wir aber immer ganz aufregend fanden. Ospedaletti ist nicht ganz so touristenüberlaufen wie andere größere Städte an der Riviera wie San Remo. Man kann gut für den kleinen Bedarf shoppen und es gibt tolle Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel. Zudem lassen sich von dort aus tolle Ausflugsziele wie Monaco ansteuern. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und entspricht der Auschreibung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber auch bis an seine Grenze ausgereizt. Für 184 EURO/Tag (Ende Juli/Anfang August) wäre ein kostenloses Angebot von Liegen und (kostenlose) Bettwäsche eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Der Ort ist wirklich prima. Nicht zu klein - aber auch kein allzugroßer Trubel wie im benachbahrten SanRemo. Können wir weiter empfehlen!

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat haben mit den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen vor Ort übereingestimmt. Die FeWo war sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine war alles vorhanden (einschließlich Waschmaschine). Der Schlafkomfort war sehr gut. Durch die Vermieterin fühlten wir uns bestens vorbereitet und betreut. Das Feriendomizil würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selbst gerne wiederkommen. Neben tollen Stränden und Bademöglichkeiten bietet die ligurische Küste einschließlich ihres Hinterlands viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sowohl vor Ort selbst, als auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Außer auf dem neuen Fahrradweg von Ospedaletti nach San Lorenzo al Mare entlang der Küste gestaltet sich das Fahrrad fahren schwierig. Hierfür können Fahrräder vor Ort ausgeliehen werden. Die Mitnahme eigener Fahrräder lohnt sich nicht, zumal hierfür auch kein Abstellplatz vorhanden ist.

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung zu dritt für vier Wochen gemietet und hatten eine wirkliche schöne Zeit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist sehr schön und San Remo ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Zur Hauptsaison muss man allerdings auch mit etwas mehr Lärm aus der direkten Umgebung rechnen. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre ein etwas größerer Fernseher, da es auch dort um diese Zeit um 18 Uhr dunkel ist und somit die Abende auch länger werden. Eine zusätzliche kleine Wäschekommode im Schlafzimmer wäre auch nett. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Noch mal vielen Dank für alles. Gruß Sibylle und Familie

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (4 und 7) zwei herrliche Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Durch den traumhaften Blick haben wir fast nur auf dem Balkon gelebt - oder im tollen riesigen und nie zu vollen Pool unter Pinien. Das Dorf war für uns perfekt, in fast tropischer Natur, ruhig im Vergleich zum mondänen und vollen San Remo und mit ein paar netten Pizzerien. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir hatten diese tolle Wohnung für eine Woche im Juni gebucht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung war hervorragend. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich die große Terasse mit Meerblick und Abendsonne. Hier haben wir uns beim Frühstück für die anstehenden Ausflüge gestärkt und haben nach unsere Rückkehr bis in die Nacht den tollen Ausblick genossen. Die Vermieterin Frau Kuhlmann steht bei Bedarf mit Ihrer liebenswerten Art mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dankeschön an dieser Stelle nochmal für unseren "besonderen" Ausflug nach San Remo. Die Lage der Wohnung war der Grund, warum wir überhaupt auf Ospedaletti gekommen sind. Es ist die idealle Kombination von Strandurlaub und Ausflügen (z.B. nach Monaco, Menton, Apricale, ...). Im Ort selbst ist Kiesstrand, aber der nächste Sandstrand ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Reisezeit Juni können wir sehr empfehlen, das Wetter war hervorragend (sonnig und nicht zu heiß). Gerne empfehlen wir Ospedaletti und diese tolle Wohnung weiter.

Wir (Ehepaar, ca. 60 Jahre alt) haben einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub in Ligurien verbracht. Die Reisezeit war ideal: mildes Klima, wenig Autoverkehr, freie Parkplätze. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll. Man kann von Ospedaletti aus bequem Ziele in Frankreich und Italien erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst hat ebenfalls eine sehr gute Lage: ruhig, kurze Wege (Treppen) ins Zentrum und ein super Meerblick vom großen Balkon. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden, Schlafzimmer mit kleinen Balkonen, Badezimmer mit großen Fenstern. Sehr viel Informationsmaterial und Vermieter, die man immer erreichen konnte. Man kann diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen

Wir, ( 2 Familien = 4 Erwachsene ) durften 2 herrliche Urlaubswochen in dieser sehr, sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Meerblick ( der Blick ist noch viel freier als im online-Inserat abgebildet ). In dieser, mit viiieeel Liebe zum Detail und äusserst zweckmäßig eingerichteten, sauber und sehr gepflegten Wohnung fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts. Zudem eine (fast) "unsichtbare" Vermieterin, äusserst freundlich, herzlich und warmherzig; aber jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit falls erwünscht. Im benachbarten Apartmentkomplex der Anlage (die Terrassen grenzen direkt aneinander, sind aber durch Hecken blickgeschützt) eine durch und durch liebe, nette und freundliche "Signora" die auch manchmal, einfach so, mal ein paar frisch gepflückte Kirschen aus ihrem Garten oder auch mal einen Teller mit einem typischen italienischen Gericht über die Hecke reichte....einfach nur schön.Vielen, vielen Dank! Grazie mille!!! Und, selbstredend werden wir diese Wohnung unseren Bekannten und Freunden guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, und auch wir würden gerne noch einmal (oder auch 2 oder 3x) wiederkommen ...nicht zuletzt um diesen fantastischen Ausblick und die - typisch italienische - Gastfreundschaft noch einmal geniessen zu dürfen. Von diesem Urlaub werden wir jedenfalls noch sehr lange erzählen und schwärmen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine Backofen gute Töpfe und scharfe Messer. Der Pool ist super sauber und wird von einem Bademeister gepflegt und bewacht. Der Garten der Anlage wird ständig von Gärtnern gepflegt. Wir waren 4 Personen und fanden es sehr schön. Vielen Dank nochmal.
