Blue Sky Apartment with pool by Holiday Rental Madeira

Lovely apartment, lots of space with kitchen including fridge and washing machine which were very handy. Parking space included in garage and was easy to park in (not too tight). The location was brilliant , close to lots of restaurants, shopping center and the sea. Also quick access to the motor way for exploring the island. Bus stops also nearby. Some previous comments note the road is loud - we did not find this to be an issue unless you are a very light sleeper (the road is not too busy but does have the occasional loud motorbike)

My only improvement was that the soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom were nearly empty when we arrived for our eight night stay.

L’espace, l’équipement ménager, la proximité du supermarché et de la plage, la disponibilité du personnel de l’agence, la piscine (il n’y avait jamais personne, et pour cause, l’eau était fraîche, mais après une rando, c’était bien agréable).

Le bruit : l’isolation phonique est mauvaise, même fenêtres fermées on a parfois du mal à entendre la TV tellement la circulation est gênante. On ne peut donc pas profiter de la terrasse et de la vue sur mer, et même la nuit ça circule beaucoup avec des voitures et motos qui font des accélérations. Contrairement à certaines réponses données, on n’est pas en centre-ville mais sur l’extérieur de Funchal, dans une rue extrêmement passante (4 voies)

Clean, great facilities, supermarket close by

A little closer to town would have made this apartment perfect but it had easy bus and taxi connectivity so only a minor point.

Actually a very normal apartment and nothing special! But fully furnished and with all appliances....

However, the level of noise pollution is not bearable for the high rental price...
