The holiday home, built in 2011 and renovated in 2024, is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet location on the edge of the woods. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 1 room, is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe. Down the hall on the ground floor there is access to the swimming pool with shower, the Mediterranean bath and terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and with underfloor heating.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds at folding bed and 1 baby bed, lounge, dinette, TV, radio, CD and The cot is a travel cot. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. View of garden and forest. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport and on the property.
