Within a radius of about 2 km there are attractive, secluded natural beaches to which you can get on bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, horses or even on foot. The detached property offers ideal conditions for horse riding in the nature that stretches as if into infinity. In front of the property of about 20,000 m² there is a hippodrome with a horse racing track and riding school, where you can take riding lessons on purebred Arabian horses. Also experience adventures on motocross and bicycle trails. Natural resources are used, including drinking water, which comes from a well about 80 meters deep. This water is also used to fill the pool and whirlpool. Electricity is generated from solar panels as well as a windmill.
