About this house rental
This vacation home, a former barn, is located on the hill above the beaches of Rosignano Solvay (2 Km), in absolute tranquility and near a country house where the vacation accommodations ITK110 and ITK133 are located. Each accommodation unit has a private area in the garden. The beach promenade attracts with pubs and beach baths. Not far away, beautiful white beaches await you, which are in no way inferior to the Caribbean Sea! In the nearest town, Rosignano Solvay, there is a weekly market on Monday morning. The town of Castiglioncello, with its open-air summer cinema and various markets, is 5 km away. Livorno (25 Km) and Piombino (40 Km, ferry connection to the island of Elba) are also easily reachable via the state road Variante Aurelia (2 Km). The beautiful Etruscan city of Volterra is less than an hour away and can be reached through beautiful hilly countryside.

Très bien accueilli, communication facile.pas mal de choses à voir...dommage que la plage soit à côté d'un site industriel. Mais super plage à 30 min 'rimigliano'

Eine schöne gepflegte FeWo auf dem Hügel über der Stadt. Mediterran eingerichtet, super sauber, sehr gut zu lüften da 3 Seiten Fenster, Parken bis ca. 30m vor dem Haus. Vermieterin sehr nett und bietet eigenen Wein und eigenes Olivenöl an (beides extrem lecker). Mit dem Auto ca. 7-10 Minuten zum Strand. Einziger Nachteil: Via Aurelia (SS1) führt ca. 200m am Haus vorbei. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern allerdings kein Problem.
