From the hallway leads into the coming open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave and leaves for your holiday nothing to be desired.
The bedroom has a double bed.
On the property there is a parking space and a communal terrace with barbecue.

Es war wie immer ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf Usedom. Wir kommen jedes Jahr in die Villa Hohe Buchen und habe schon alle Appartements kennenlernen dürfen. Bin sehr zufrieden. Wenn das Apartment 3 oben im Außenbereich auch noch eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit in der Morgen- und Abendsonne unweit neben dem Grillpavillon bekommen könnte, wäre es perfekt ! Man könnte da sogar das Meer genießen wie die Anwohner von App. 1 ohne sie zu stören.

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement mit einer traum Aussicht. Dazu sehr nette Nachbarn und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Es gibt noch kleine Verbesserungen. U.a. die Beleuchtung im Bad bzw. des Spiegels, fehlender Schminkspiegel,weitere Haken für Handtücher,die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sollten sich schließen lassen, da doch von der Straße alles einsehbar ist,vielleicht mal die Couch gegen eine größere,gemütlichere austauschen.Sonst war alles super,sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
