About this apartment rental
We rent a spacious 2-room apartment in charming. 5 District Margaret. The famous Naschmarkt and Mariahilferstrasse the longest shopping street in Vienna, just a few minutes. The U4 (Pilgramgasse) is only a minute away and takes you to such famous landmarks as the Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace or Charles Square as a starting point for walks through the city.
The apartment was top-renovated in 2012 and has the charming features of a typical Viennese old-style apartment, such as parquet floor, double doors and high ceilings.
A bedroom with double bed and a comfortable pull-out coach in the living room can sleep 4 people. Kitchen and bathroom are very complete. Sheets and towels are available.
The living room opens onto a balcony in absolute quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach the underground in two minutes on foot.

Wir waren mehrere Wochen als Gäste in dieser Wohnung und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war äußerst unkompliziert und freundlich.

Was für ein Glücksfall: Wir hätten in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung auch ganz leicht viele, viele Wochen verbringen können... Die U-Bahn ist nur eine Minute entfernt, die Wohnung liegt in einer belebten Gasse mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dabei absolut ruhig, da im hinteren Gebäude. Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Aber, und das empfanden WIR als höchst wohltuend, ohne überflüssigen Krimskrams und Schnickschnack, ohne kitschige Kaufhausbilder an den Wänden etc. Und super sauber! Leider geben die Fotos nicht im mindesten wieder, wie sehr man sich hier wohl fühlen kann. Lasst euch davon nicht abschrecken! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, gerne auch im Sommer, wenn wir nach einem anstrengenden Touristentag den kleinen, süßen Balkon nutzen können auf ein Glas Wein oder zwei....

Wir haben als Paar sechs Wochen hier gewohnt und hatten beim Heimkommen stets gute Laune: alles hell, freundlich, einfach-geschmackvoll, und der Blick/ Austritt zum kleinen Balkon zum Frühstück und Aperitif (wir hatten 6 Wochen fast immer über 30°C). Die Lage ist ideal, 2 Stationen mit der U-Bahn zum Karlsplatz. PKW geht in Wien gar nicht, Abstellen gut möglich im P R-Haus in Hütteldorf (direkt mit der U 4, 3,50 €/Tag, Langzeit ermäßigt). Angenehm-urbanes Umfeld, Zeitung und Bäcker, prima Lokal-Szene. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
