Great stay! House is perfect distance from the beach, super close to the pool and is overall beautiful! Very clean and fitted my group of 14 perfectly!

We definitely loved the property. The added amenities such as the pack and play on two floors for the baby, the beach wagons with beach chairs and toys for the kids to play with. It was also very close to the pool and hot tub.

Our stay was a mixed bag.
First, the positives:
-large and spacious
-comfortable beds
-kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook
-well stocked with cleaning supplies and just everything you need to walk in and get settled.
-located very close to the pool
-10 minute walk from the beach
-jacuzzi is great
Negatives
-We had the second floor shower leak down into the kitchen. They took 24 hours to come out and fix…they caulked shower. It was frustrating because the person told us this is the fourth time they have “fixed” this. Nothing was done about the water in the light/kitchen ceiling—makes me wonder what is behind it after multiple leaks
-Gate-we could not get in through the South Gate to the property throughout our stay. It either was broke or they weren’t giving us the right code.
-We found a cockroach in the unit.
-The grill was apparently so filthy dirty from prior use, we had a giant grease fire like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Our dinner was ruined and we had to use the fire extinguisher to stop the fire.
-Pool-advertised as a heated pool. This is not entirely true. We talked to a resident there and she said it is heated Thanksgiving week, Christmas Week, and one other time. We arrived Saturday and the pool was cold until Tuesday. That was extremely disappointing.
