Our beautiful apartment offers everything that makes Westerland: flair and tranquility, urban chic and a pleasant way to the beach.
The ideally designed apartment is centrally and quietly located in the heart of Alt-Westerland. The promenade and the beach can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes on foot. Two people are accommodated very comfortably. A stay of up to four people is possible.
The municipality of Sylt charges a tourist tax:
in the period from May 1st to October 31st in the amount of € 3.20 and in the period from November 1st to April 30th in the amount of € 1.60 per person and day.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem mit der Lage.
Ca. 10 Min zu Fuss zum Strand und daher liegt die Wohnung absolut ruhig.

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos ! Sauber, nett, bequem und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt, wenn man sich Fahrräder mietet und die Insel erkunden möchte. Abends dann auf dem Balkon - wunderbar. Danke und gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man ist in 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist wirklich wohnlich. Alle Fragen wurden vom Vermieter unmittelbar beantwortet und geklärt. Ok, es könnten ein zwei Messer geschliffen oder ausgetauscht werden :-) zum Schneiden von Gemüse u/o Obst aber sonst war es wirklich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt- gerne wieder.
