About this house rental
The hotel also has 2 floors with 160 sqm of living space available. We offer a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed 2x2 m, about 30 square meters. Another bedroom with double bed 2x1,80m 20 sqm
and a smaller bedroom with double bed 1,50x 1,90m about 15 square meters. All rooms have sea views and are tastefully furnished but discreetly. Each features new mattresses, spacious built-in closets, a small table and chairs to relax. On this floor there is another bathroom with tub.
The lower floor offers the access to the garden with pool and 36 sqm terrace with sun protection. A barbecue is at your disposal. Furthermore, on this level is a spacious living / dining room, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and another separate toilet.
The rental price depends on the number of people.
The living room can be heated in winter with two large wall radiators.

A superb holiday! The villa was faultless - immaculately clean and had everything you needed. The villa was very large and would even be good for larger families to stay (e.g. with grandparents). The location is ideal, being within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach. Uber or Bolt transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to Funchal if you don't have a car, but the bus service also goes into Funchal from the local shops. The owner was always on hand in case of problems (there weren't any when we stayed). He also provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. An all-round wonderful experience.

Great house with a fabulous sea view. There are restaurants and supermarkets a 15 minute walk away. The bus service is good and access to Funchal is easy. Madeira is hilly so good trainers or walking shoes are an asset.
