About this apartment rental
Charming apartment in the attic of the house newly decorated. Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected to create a comfortable feeling during your vacation. It is a very comfortable (80m2) and super cozy open space apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It has many windows so it has a lot of natural light. It is located within a distance of most tourist attractions, beach and public transport.
Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed 160x200 with new comfortable mattresses, compact wardrobe, extra bed linen, extra towels
Bedroom 2: 2 bed 90x200 with compact wardrobe, extra bed linen, extra towels
Living room: AC, comfortable sofa, wireless internet access, cable TV, flat screen
Dining room / Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, stove, sink, refrigerator with freezers, plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, bowls etc. All appliances are new.
Sugar, flour, pasta, rice, basic seasonings, etc. as well as water, coffee and tea.
Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, mirror, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, washing machine.
Parking space is available in front of the house and it's free.
Bus station is right at the end of the street.
Museums, theaters, cinema, churches, shopping centers, markets and restaurants are just a few minutes driving distance from the apartment.
The apartment is in the beautifull house, in a quiet and sunny place 2km from the center. Accommodation is close to the sea (4min if you are going with car). The apartment is comfortable with modern furniture and air condition. Free wireless internet is available. The parking place is assured. The apartment is wonderful for young couples and families who want to enjoy the peace while on vacation. Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment gives extra charm.

Novica is a great host, very nice and helpful. there is a bus stop 1 min from the house, where the bus takes you to the beach or city center. it’s also a really nice walk to the city center (30 min). we enjoyed our stay very much :)

Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihm,kommen gerne wieder.
In der Wohnung ist alles enthalten was man braucht um einen dek Urlaub So angenehm wie möglich zu machen 😁

Supersaubere, ruhige Wohnung, groß und klimatisiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir durften sogar eine fünfte Person mit in die Wohnung aufnehmen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
