The modern holiday home is located close to the Kiel Canal in Sehestedt; 2nd row of streets. You can even see the large ships from the dining table, as shown in the photo.
The house is in a quiet residential area; is extensively renovated, and of high quality of living.
LOWER APARTMENT; 3 *** stars DTV; 73 sqm,:
a) The very large kitchen with table for max. 12 people is very well equipped; with a French bed (with a partition from curtains); a double sofa bed as an extra bed, 3-seater, leather sofa. The 7 m wide south window front is effectively shaded from the outside. The pellet stove can radiate cozy warmth at any time.
The bathroom is cozy with the walk-in shower.
b) Bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide, 60 cm high, electrically adjustable slatted frames) and TV
c) bathroom with shower, barrier-free,
d) south-facing terrace, natural garden with lawn and shade tree, fenced, sunny, quiet
The apartment always has a pleasant indoor climate thanks to good insulation and a comfortable fresh air supply.
The terrace faces south, facing the canal. Your garden with lawn and shade tree is safely fenced and designed close to nature. The bike shed is lockable. 2 simple bicycles with gears are available for the house residents.
