The house from the 16th Hundred years, has been completely and original restored over several years.
In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room and dining kitchen, it also has its own wellness area (sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room).

The 27-hole golf course "Golfpark Böhmerwald" can be reached in just 3 minutes.
To the well-known "ski area Hochficht" 1100-1300mtr. Altitude, with its chair and drag lifts, it is only a few minutes.
For cyclists, hikers, anglers, climbers, there are many opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

The house is spacious and offers plenty of space for the large family or a couple of friends. Children are welcome and find ponies, small animals and everything that makes a farm on our farm opposite. A little paradise.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is waiting for your cooking skills.
In the living room, it warms an old tiled stove in winter.
We, the landlords, are a couple with 3 children and would be happy to give them further tips for an eventful and relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of Upper Austria.
You can easily reach us via Passau (coming from Germany). From there it is only a 45 minute drive. The 3-river city of Passau is always worth a visit.
The easiest way to reach us is via Linz, and it is only a 50-minute drive from there.
When you have arrived in Ulrichsberg, follow the signs "Golfpark Böhmerwald" in the roundabout. At the end of Ulrichsberg at the bridge (Grosse Mühl) and sports field turn right (construction company Resch), from there it is only approx. 1300 mtr. to our country house "Urguad", it is on the left side.

Wohnen mit und in der Natur, mit herrlichem Gelände ums Haus. Ein kleines Paradies, ruhig und nachts in völliger Dunkelheit.
Der Körper, der Geist und die Seele können sich hier regenerieren und zueinander finden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise und auch die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Platz. Absolute Ruhe und Idylle ... vom Küchenfenster aus schaut man auf zwei Ponys. Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem unglaublich stilvollen und gemütlichen (und blitzsauberen!!) Haus wirklich sehr genossen! Die ruhige Umgebung samt herrlicher Spazierwege und die Tiere auf dem dazugehörigen Bauernhof sorgen für Erholung ab der ersten Minute! Die Betreuung durch Familie Fischer ist sehr herzlich und angenehm! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Objekt ist ein wunderbar renoviertes Haus, inmitten eines schönen Gartens. Familie Fischer hat hier ein richtiges Kleinod geschaffen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.
Ein kleiner Tipp: bitte Fliegenklatschen mitbringen.
