Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorrangend.
Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet und hat eine schöne sonnige Terrasse auf der man sich gut aufhalten kann.

Der Ort Zingst ist immer wieder schön.
Leider war es schwierig mit dem Auto auf den zugewiesenen Parkplatz zu kommen. Mit grossen Autos fast unmöglich wenn alle Parkplätze besetzt sind. Ausparken nur rückwärts mit ewigem rangieren und dann auf dem Zugang zu den Wohneinheiten mit abgeklappten Spiegeln an den Briefkästen vorbei.
Sauberkeit war ok, Nachbesserung wäre wichtig.
