fantastic ocean view . one bedroom + 1.5 bath . fully furnished . in las gaviotas rosarito beach baja cal . there is a 24 hour gate guarded community and we have a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, playground . very well kept private community . ideal for surfing or relaxing.
this unit has been recently remodeled. has big screen tv . and lots more. come and relax at las gaviotas community . it is very close to puerto nuevo . minutes from downtown . there are several restaurants within walking distance of the condo .

Great place for a weekend in Baja. The community of the home is fantastic. There is road noise because the property sits at the back of the community, on top of the hill, up against the highway. Need to be at a property closer to the beach if wanting to avoid. Everything you could need for a weekend getaway is here, and Rick, the host, is quickly responsive which made the stay even easier.That apartment and deck with an ocean view couldn’t have been better. Easy check-in too.Salt and pepper, and a BBQ, are provided and you just need to bring the rest.Great stay.
