Enjoy sunny holidays in the city, on the beach, just on the balcony or in the idyllic garden. Also by bike the beautiful area can be explored at all seasons, there is a wide network of cycle paths. The Hansestädte Rostock and Wismar are not far away and offer a lot of places of interest. The holiday house offers a lovingly furnished ambience, just a short walk from the beach. For cooler days there is underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room, which spreads with crackling fire comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower cubicle. There are also hobby kitchens for a well-equipped kitchen, but there are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. It is also 800 meters from the marina with many culinary and cultural .. Your hosts live in the house next door and give advice on excursions, fishing areas and restaurant visits. After a busy day, you can enjoy a barbecue or simply enjoy a glass of wine in the beach basket.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub inklusive sehr netten Gastgebern. Besonders toll war das morgendliche Frühstück auf dem sonnenbeglückten Balkon. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt am Strand und Kühlungsborn "City" liegt war es sehr gut, dass vor Ort ein Fahrrad zu Nutzung zur Verfügung stand. Allerdings, aber das hat nichts mit den Gastgebern zu tun, gab es mit der Buchung/Zahlung Probleme verursacht durch die FeWo-Direkt-Plattform. Das war etwas stressig aber zum Glück war die Familie so lieb und wir haben eine andere Lösung gefunden. Die entspannte Zeit vor Ort war so schön, dass ich gern noch länger geblieben wäre :)

Sehr ruhige Lage und ein individuell, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Tipps und Hinweise der Vermieter für Ausflüge und Entdeckungen in der Umgebung halfen den Kühlungsborn-Frischlingen bei der ersten Orientierung :)

Sehr ruhige, liebvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung. Toll der Balkon, auf dem man in der Sonne frühstücken kann und, wenn man faul sein will, den ganzen Tag verbringen kann. Ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Ortskern. Ideal für Radfahrer (Fahrradschuppen). Keine geschönten Bilder im Internet. Man sollte keine Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben. Zu emphehlen!
