BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN FLORIANÓPOLIS-SC
I rent for season, spacious house type house for 13 (can put up to 15) people in the beautiful Beach of the English in the
north of the island of Florianópolis SC.
The property is located 800 meters from the sea, with easy access to all the beaches of the north of the island,
tours and commerce in general. It is located in a noble residential area, ideal for resting,
enjoy vacations with family and friends in style.
The house has a total of 5 bedrooms (two are suites), 4 on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor and
4 bathrooms (2 are of the suites and 2 are of general use) and 1 toilet.
Room nº 1 - Type suite, it has 4 people, it has air conditioning, the bathroom has a bathtub
whirlpool.
Room nº 2 - Type suite, sleeps 2 people, air-conditioned.
Bedroom # 3 - Comporta 2 people, air-conditioned.
Room nº 4 - Comporta 3 people, has air-conditioning.
Room nº 5 - It is on the ground floor, it has 2 people, it has a fan.
TV room with air conditioning, cable TV (NET), large reclining sofa, balcony with hammock and table
for games.
Large living room with fireplace.
Dining room with table, chairs and shelf.
Large kitchen with microwave, electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator, large balcony with sink,
table with chairs and cabinets with full kitchen utensils.
Spacious service area with tank, washing machine (10 Kg), table with iron
clothes and clotheslines.
Spacious gourmet area with barbecue, counter with sink, tables and chairs for 12 people or
more. Space for hammocks and patio with trees and beautiful lawn.
Closed garage for 2 large cars and 1 small car can be in front of the garage, in the area
inside the house.
Very bright and airy house. Windows with venetianandas allow ventilation in the rooms.

O imóvel foi uma ótima escolha para o período do Ano Novo. Acomodou confortavelmente 3 famílias, e correspondeu plenamente a nossas expectativas. A localização também foi favorável, pois está localizado numa zona nova, em rua tranquila e com fácil acesso a saídas para outras praias. Por fim, registramos nosso agradecimento aos proprietários Roberto e Tatiane, que foram super solícitos e disponíveis.

Casa nova, ampla, bem arejada e confortável, com todos os itens necessários para uma boa hospedagem.
Nos arredores da casa muito tranquilo, bem cuidado e limpo.
Proprietários simpáticos e acolhedores, fomos muito bem recepcionados e nos deram suporte e atenção.
