Welcome to our comfortable, lovingly and completely furnished holiday house on 3 floors in a quiet but still central location. The house has a large living-dining-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (each with TV),
2 bathrooms (shower / shower-bath), travel cot kpl. and highchair (. 7 Person).
The sandy beach, the pier and the town center is only about 200 m.
The garden with terrace (garden furniture, beach chairs, beach chair) and balcony (balcony furniture) provide cosiness. A barbecue, a relaxing sauna (free of charge) or romantic fireplace will make your stay in any season be an experience to remember.

Das Ferienhaus kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist alles super gelaufen von der Kommunikation vor der Reise, der Checkin und während des Aufenthalts. Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist top insbesondere die Raumaufteilung, die Sauna, die Badezimmer, die hervorragenden Schlafzimmer, einfach alles. Der kurze Weg zum Strand, Bäcker und der Innenstadt ist super schnell auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende zu Gast im Ferienhaus Kathrin in Zingst. Die Lage und Umgebung des Hauses sind sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Viel Platz. Eine Sauna, ein Kamin und großzügiger Balkon sowie Terrasse haben zum Verweilen eingeladen. Kleine Dinge wie ausreichend Toilettenpapier Fahne, Handwaschseife und auch eine gute Auswahl an Gläsern und Geschirr machen hier einen grossen Unterschiedzu anderen Ferienobjekten in Zingst. Insbesondere für bis zu 6 Personen. Kleiner Tipp für die Vermieter: es fehlt an guten Schneidemessern , der Herd ist schon etwas antik , die Betten im Dachgeschoss sind nicht mehr die bequemsten. Am meisten vermissten wir eine transparente Aufstellung *aller* Gesatkosten inkl. Endreinigung. Diese wurde dann noch beim Ausschecken verlangt . Wer Bettwäsche bucht, zahlt diese auch vor Ort bei der Zimmervermittlung. Wir hätten gern einen Gesamtpreis gezahlt, und nicht solch Stückelungsbeträge. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohlfühlzeit im Haus Kathrin. Wir würden wiederkommen. 😊

Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Moderne kleine Küche mit 3 Sitzplätzen - für unsere 3er Gruppe perfekt. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen. Küche Wohnzimmer, ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine findet man im Erdgeschoß. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Balkon) mit Doppelbett. Das große Bad mit Wanne, großer Dusche und Sauna ist nebenan. Im 2.Stock gibt es noch 2 Einzelliegen und ein WC mit Waschbecken. Fernseher gab es in allen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Unsere gemieteten E-Bikes fanden draußen im Schuppen ihren Platz. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir lieben dieses Ferienhaus! Es ist optimal ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für eine Familie mit vier Kindern. Der Strand und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, bietet wirklich quasi alles, was man braucht. Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache, unseren trifft es nicht (sieht man aber ja schon auf Fotos). Die Lage so dicht am Strand ist hervorragend. Es wären 100 und nicht nur 99%, wenn das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer nicht am Ende eine Leiste hätte, gegen die selbst kleinere Personen stoßen, und das Internet nicht so schwach wäre (unsere O2-Datenverbindung war deutlich schneller). Also jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben es sehr dort genossen und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Alles perfekt geklappt, Lage ist super, Kathrin sehr nett. Wir buchen bestimmt wieder! Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war dass das check-out um 10:00 morgens ist. Wir verstehen warum, aber da man in so einen Ort Urlaub macht, würde man gerne länger schlafen. Sonst, kann ich nur Haus Kathrin empfehlen!

Das Haus war 1 zu 1 wie beschrieben. Hell liebevoll eingerichtet und super gepflegt und ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gemütlich...... Mit 6 Personen gab es keine Probleme mit der Morgentoilette und es gab genügend Möglichkeiten sich zurück zu ziehen. Die Seebrücke fast vor der Tür und auch die Shoppingmeile nicht weit ab. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder.!!!!

Das Ferienhaus Kathrin ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, an alles wurde in der Einrichtung gedacht. Die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage im Ort war perfekt. Kleine Gebrauchsspuren des nun zwei Jahre genutzten Hauses haben uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört. ( Insektenschutz an der Verandatür defekt, Bettgiebel im großen Schlafzimmer locker, von einem Stuhl am Wohnzimmertisch bröckelt das Leder ab) Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wir haben ein großzügiges Ferienhaus in bester Lage vorgefunden. Wie in der Objektbeschreibung waren es wirklich nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Das Haus selbst liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.Optimal für unsere Kids. Genauso wie der Garten am Haus. Es steht sogar eine Geräteschupf zur Verfügung wo unsere Fahrräder super eingepasst haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles an Utensilien die man sich vorstellen kann. Den Kids hat ihr eigenes Kinderzimmer sehr gefallen.Dort stehen 2 Einzelbetten und wer möchte auch ein TV. Die beiden anderen Doppelzimmer sind auch mit mit einem TV ausgerüstet. Im Bad gibt es sogar eine kleine Sauna. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Sogar ein Babyreisebett und Hochstuhl währen vor Ort.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Ausstattung. Auch im Winter sehr zu empfehlen, denn Sauna & Kamin laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Auch wenn wir die Sauna nicht nutzen konnten - leider defekt - kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem sehr schön eingerichteten und optimal gelegenem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und in der kalten Jahreszeit haben wir den Kaminofen sowie die Sauna sehr genossen. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir verlebten erholsame Tage im Haus "Katrin" mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern. Das Haus ist bietet viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen wichtigen Dingen für den Alltag ausgestattet, nur ein Kehrblech haben wir nicht gefunden. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
