udvarias tulajdonos, jól felszerelt konyha blokk, gyönyörű kilátás a terszról - a tengerpart megközelítése árkon-bokron nagyon nehézkes,
a szomszéd ház tulajdonosai szinte minden este kb éjfélig hangoskodtak a teraszukon, ami a mi szobánk alatt volt közvetlenül
mind két vasárnap este fél8 -tól hajnali 4 ig !!!! valamilyen zenés parti volt a parton és elviselhetetlen hangos gépzene , majd magánkívül üvöltő DJ től nem lehetett pihenni.azért választottam ezt az üdülőhelyet mert csendet nyugalmat szerettem volna, de sajnos a fent említett okok miatt ez sajnos nem sikerült.
a kényelem kérdésre azért csak kettő csillagot jelöltem mert a ruháknak és bőröndöknek táskáknak nem volt tárolási helyük, ugyan volt egy két és fél méter magas szekrény de abban polcok nem voltak. egész ídő alatt a földön kerülgettük a táskáinkat
