The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Their attitude towards the children was truly exemplary! The location is perfect, right on the beach, it couldn't be better. The breakfast was simply lavish, offering a wide, high-quality selection alongside breathtaking sea views. The hotel and our room were very tasteful, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Staying here added so much to our overall vacation experience. Thank you, Gran Bahía Team!
Honestly, there isn't much to complain about! The only minor detail was the bed mattress, which was a bit too soft for our personal preference.

The property is next to the beach. Staff are kind. And a wide range of breakfast
Second time in this hotel. 1st time nothing to say it was perfect. This time the room when we arrived had hair in the bath sink the third day the shower plate had sand so was surely not cleaned as it should have been.

The hotel itself is quite good. Our room was modern and well equipped.
It's a big hotel, with no individuality. We didn't like the breakfast at the hotel as the food quality was rather low. The room service left dirty cups in the room and didn't replace them during our entire stay. Also, we did not like the location - the beach in front of the hotel is full of rocks in the water and with lots of seaweed.
