About this apartment rental
The beautifully designed apartment is on the top 7. Upper floor / west in house A of the holiday park Steinhude. Enjoy the wonderful view over the beautiful sea to Mardorf. Experience breathtaking sunsets from the balcony or dining area. Or take a sunbath on the wind-protected balcony.
Two elevators take them to the top floor. The apartment itself offers all the amenities you need for a successful vacation. There is enough space for 1-4 people on approx. The double bed 1.80 * 2.00 m is designed as a wall bed and can be opened or closed with two handles if necessary, so you have quickly gained a lot of space to live. The sofa bed in the living room is available for additional sleeping spaces. With the sliding door, the bedrooms can be easily separated from each other.
The apartment is fully equipped with TV u. integr. DVD player (please bring your own DVD) u. Board games. All you have to do is pack your sauna towels and relax. There is a sauna in the complex with a nice relaxation room and a wonderful heated swimming pool with counter-current system for free use.
Of course you also have a permanent car parking space in the building for free use.

Alles in Allem eine solide Unterkunft.
Die Matratzen sind etwas hart, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber okay.
Sehr schade war allerdings, dass die Sauna und das Schwimmbad nicht benutzt werden durfte.

Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war besonders nett und die Kommunikation im Vorwege lief auch super.
Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick schön, aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Vermieter begründet dies mit Nachhaltigkeit, was ich teilweise gut finde, aber trotzdem könnten einige Dinge ausgetauscht werden. Leider gab es nicht wie erwartet ein Doppelbett, sondern zwei Einzelbetten, die mit 10cm Abstand aus der Wand geklappt werden.
Außerdem sollte nach 2 Jahren Corona die Werbung mit dem Schwimmbad aus der Beschreibung genommen werden, da dies irreführend ist.
An sich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, aber würden nächstes mal eine moderne Wohnung im Ferienpark nehmen.
