The property is in an absolutely quiet location in the Oberes Hasserode district. The comfortable apartment was renovated in 2015 and is located on the 1st Upstairs. The living area is approximately 100 square meters. The apartment has a balcony and a veranda, which can be used in suitable weather conditions. The garden can be used for holiday purposes. The Hasseröder holiday park with its numerous leisure and sports facilities is about 300 m away. The Harz narrow-gauge railway is about 500 m away. Numerous signposted hiking trails can be reached in the immediate vicinity. Ideal terrain for `nordic walking`, mountain biking` and` jogging` is directly accessible. In good snow conditions, there is a connection to groomed trails.

Die Fewo liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, von dem man schnell im Zentrum ist. Große Wohnung, etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, auf Mängel hat der Vermieter gleich reagiert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage. Guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge zu Fuß oder auch mit Verkehrsmitteln. Ein schnell reagierender, netter Vermieter. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß etwas weiter entfernt. ( ca. 25 Minuten)Wer viel oder schweres besorgt sollte ein Fahrzeug benutzen.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage einer tollen Gründerzeit Villa am Stadtrand von Hasserode. Die Räume sind schön groß und bieten ausreichend Platz.
Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Gebirge und kann die Bahn zu Fuss gut erreichen. Auch der Bäcker ist fussläufig erreichbar, was wir täglich genutzt haben.
Zu den vorherigen Kommentaren: Handtücher waren genug vorhanden, man kann auch Wäschepakete dazu buchen. Geschirr ist in der Tat recht knapp kalkuliert. ein paar mehr Gläser und Teller täten gut.
Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr zu empfehlen.

... in dieser schönen Wohnung. Es war sehr gemütlich und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Ein kleines Problemchen hat der Vermieter sofort gelöst. Checkin war total reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was für uns sehr wichtig ist.
Das Auto haben wir kaum genutzt, die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit und die Busfahrkarte in der Kurabgabe inklusive. Eine Wanderung haben wir direkt vom Haus aus gestartet. Auch ein Bäcker und das Hallenbad sind fußläufig.
