O apartamento atendeu todas as expectativas em relação a conforto, comodidade, limpeza, utensílios e localização.
O atendimento e suporte prestados pelo proprietário desde o primeiro contato foi muito bom.
A portaria do condomínio, na época da hospedagem, estava em obras, o que causou um certo transtorno para entrada e saída, uma vez que havia horários em que os funcionários não estavam disponíveis para abertura do portão da garagem.
Apesar deste transtorno temporário, apreciamos muito a qualidade da estadia e a cordialidade dos proprietários.

Imóvel aconchegante. Dispõe de todos os apetrechos essenciais para uma estadia confortável. Próximo de bares, casas noturnas e do bondinho que da acesso à praia de Laranjeiras. Vista incrível da orla.
