The quiet holiday home is located in Umag in a pure residential area on the outskirts, about 1.5 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the beach. It offers two spacious 4 * apartments for up to 5 people in the attic and a small studio apartment on the ground floor. All apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. A special feature of the house is the free internet (W-Lan) connection. The house has a 500m ² fenced plot with lots of lawn and play opportunities for children. Pets are welcome too. The friendly and young landlords have children and also live in the house. They rent all year round. It speaks English and Italian. The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance in a maximum distance of 1 - 1.5km.
