Apartments Sunset Dolac

Very big and fully equipped apartment with an amazing sea view. Perfect location just in the neighbourhood of a little beach. Excellent place and exeptional host who is really helpful and always available. I warmly recommend this amazing place.

There is no such a thing.

We stayed in the top apartment of the house with a gorgeous sea view - exactly like on the photo. The apartment also has a little balcony from one of the bedrooms, which was great during thhe lunchtime as it was in the shade. The apartment has two toilets (one separate and one in the bathroom) - really very useful. The air-conditioning was very efficient - cooled down the whole apartment very nicely. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean. It is very quite at night and very comfortable for sleeping. There is a nice beach about 300 m from apartment - a bit of the hill coming back to the apartment, but not too bad. On the other side the fantastic sea view fully compensates this uphill walk. :-) There are few very good restaurants close to the apartment (on the beach) and further.

I missed some kitchenware (e.g. hand-mixer) - but maybe only because I cook a lot so other guests might not have this feeling. We did not use the TV much despite the wide selection of the programmes and applications as it seemed to be lagging quite a bit.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Do najbliższej, kameralnej plaży i restauracji 3 minuty drogi. Zejście w kierunku morza po kilkudziesięciu, dość stromych schodach. Jeśli ktoś jedzie z małymi dziećmi, trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę. Ogólnie apartament bardzo duży. Salon z aneksem kuchennym i jadalnią wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Klimatyzacja w salonie i sypialni. Druga, mniejsza sypialnia bez klimatyzacji, co w sezonie może być problemem. Fantastyczny duży taras ze stołem z krzesłami, duży parasol i dwa leżaki. Widok na zatokę bardzo ładny choć częściowo przysłonięty przez otaczające domy. 2 miejsca parkingowe z zadaszeniem. Trochę trzeba wprawy, żeby zaparkować ( duży spad ) ale da się to ogarnąć. Na miejscu mama właściciela ( byliśmy pod koniec września, w sezonie może jest sam właściciel ), niestety nie mówi po angielsku, ale po chorwacku i na migi też da się porozumieć. W sytuacji awaryjnej przez WhatsApp można skontaktować się z właścicielem Danijelem który wszystko załatwi. Do Primosten 4 minuty samochodem a tam sklepy i restauracje, cudowne stare miasto na półwyspie. Spędziliśmy tam wspaniałe 8 dni.

Często w łazienkach z kanalizacji wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach.
