Lovely apartment in the magic frozen woods!

Lovely apartment in the woods but close to the hotel facilities and restaurant. Great indoor pool and extraordinary customer service. Many activities to do onsite and great location, in the woods, but within walking distance to the center. Would definitely come back! Thanks to the reception team who make you feel welcomed upon arrival.

A clean, comfortable, and family‑friendly stay in a great location close to Santa Claus Village

We had a fantastic family stay in the apartments, which were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hotel’s location was great, with ample parking, and it felt central while still being close to Santa Claus Village when traveling by car. The facilities in the hotel were nice, and our kids especially loved the nearby hill where they could go sledding after spending the day exploring.

There was nothing we disliked about our stay.

Good location 5 mins walk to a shopping, 2 mins to Hill for sledging and a walking trail. Bolt to centre around €15. Good bonus having bowling etc and cafe bar ok for what was needed.

Good place to stay, but different.

It is a bit of a weird place to stay, an olympic training center for Finnish athletes. So you are surrounded by fit people in track suites. Breakfast buffet is very good, apartment has plenty of space, views from the (covered) balcony are really nice and plenty of room for parking. You can use some of the facilities like the pool. You do need to go outside for breakfast and facilities. The local ice hockey team plays a few walking minutes away in one of the rinks that is part of the Santasport complex.

Could not get the sauna in the room to heat up enough. Switched rooms because the smaller one was a bit dusty. Did not need or use the kitchen. You do need a car to visit Rovaniemi city center and outside restaurants.

Apartment was really clean and had everything you need. The swimming pool and bowling alley were a big hit with the kids. Breakfast was great too

Great space , loved the laundry room and equipment

the matrasses were very uncomfortable in Apot 915, this kind of single beds and children matrasses can't be tolerated, clients can't fetmout of the place with back problems, 2 loos but only 1 wash lavabo, there is enough space to install one in this vast shower room no side table on the right side in main bedroom, this is a NO Go Impossible to watch any TV there, only finnish, swedish, 1 english maybe....At least give the clients the possiblitly to watch their Netflix, Youtube with their subscription, no access to HDMI if you have your Amazon Fire Stick but we saw that the tV had HDMI\ When you have outdoors activities whole day long so you want to relax indoors in the evening

Great apartment, looking new and very well equipped in a sports complex that has everything to keep the whole family busy on a cold day. Nice check-in and check-out experience and I would definitively recommend it for any family going to Rovaniemi.

It is not at the city centre but, to be honest, it is not an issue considering that the sports complex and nearby trails provide more attractions than the downtown.

Good location, the rooms are clean, very spacious - comfortable for 3 of us. The laundry facility is free ☺️ there is free parking too. The food at the cafe is good and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was delicious with local products, prepared by students. Wonderful coffee, oat milk, Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Everything was very clean.

Great family location close to main attractions.

Great location for families with active kids - there are many sport activities on the site. Great breakfast. Nearby supermarkets and can easily reach the town by car. A car is recommended for this location as I don't think there is any public transport although taxis are easy to c all. It is about 15 mins drive to Santa Claus village.

I complained that my apartment heater was not working but when I complained they said today is Saturday so ppl are off,it’s was so cold I stayed with kids.we all wore jacket and spent our day.customer service was not good and the vessel was not clean enough they have to check all rooms Ans kitchen before another ppl check in.
