The location was convenient to the slopes, bus stop and local shop. The apartment was warm and has a ski locker.
We had to organise linen for the beds after we booked, which was difficult and the rental agency didn't communicate vey well, causing confusion and frustration. We didn't expect to have further admin to do after booking and all the information wasn't very clear, but generic to every apartment so figuring out what w needed to book was confusing. When we arrived, there were no items left, such as cleaning products or toilet roll. I think toilet roll should always be provided. The beds were not very comfortable. The double bed was actually 2 separate single beds which did not match in height, so was like sleeping on 2 different beds. The linen (which was extra) was not great as it was just several single sheets, rather than double sheets and duvet covers.
