We appreciated a lot a location of the apartment. With 3 children from 5 to 12 years old attending ski schools it was very important that the apartment was close to the central square with meeting places of ski schools and ski in/out was possible. There was enough space in the apartment for our large family, and a spacious balcony with the view on the slope where the world ski championship took place was very nice.
There is no possibility to bring a car close to the building for unloading. The garage is quite far below and carrying luggage up the stairs was not fun at all. It would be useful if one could rent a carriage in the agency for unloading. A second problem we faced was how to turn on the dryer of the ski boots. We had to call the agency and they sent someone to show it but an instruction would have saved our time. Instructions for heaters would have been useful too. Finally, one of the bedrooms had either had too small blankets or too big, i.e. none that matched the size of the blanket cover provided.
