Sleeps up to 19 people comfortably in 05 rooms, 03 suites.

Two large living rooms, one with fireplace, dining room, well equipped kitchen, large balconies with hammocks.
Barbecue with kitchen, horizontal freezer, industrial stove, refrigerator counter, sandwich plate.
Great Party Room with 2 half baths ..
Games Room (billiards, ping pong, card table, button soccer table, foosball) with 01 toilet.
Multisport court (tennis, soccer, volleyball and basketball). Use of court lighting for night games is charged separately.
Heated pool, part in step with whirlpool.
Winter Garden.
Kiosk, pond with ornamental carps.
Exercise room with weight machine.

Perto de SP, condomínio seguro, instalações e limpeza impecáveis.
O espaço é melhor do que nas fotos e a piscina aquecida é um diferencial.
