The spacious semi-detached house is located on a 650 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The garden, the pool (4m x 6m, 1.4m deep) and the covered barbecue area with seating are at your sole disposal, as are the two terraces, the sunbathing area, the parasols, 6 sun loungers and the garden shower.
Your holiday home: 140 sqm, 2 floors, 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, a spacious dining and living room with an integrated kitchen.
The ground floor can be reached via a staircase: living room with sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, satellite TV, radio CD, fireplace and access to the covered terrace (with garden table and 6 chairs and a parasol). Open kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle. Separate toilet with sink. Additional storage room.
The ground-level, roofed entrance leads into the hall with a cloakroom.
From there go 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms with a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet and window. Washing machine and clothes horse, ironing board and iron, as well as high chair and baby travel cot in the additional technical room. 2 balconies.
With air conditioning, hot water and electric heating.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind super, der Pool nicht nur für Kinder ein Highlight. Wir haben dort viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Ivana ist ein Schatz und immer ansprechbar. Familie Deffner versorgte uns schon vor der Reise mit vielen Infos und Tipps für die Anreise und den Aufenthalt. Auf Mails reagiert Frau Deffner schnell und freundlich. Der Kontakt zu ihr war/ist super sympathisch. Sehr wahrscheinlich kommen wir wieder in die Villa Maya!

Es war wieder ein rundum gelungener und wunderschöner Urlaub! Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist schön groß, blitzsauber und phantastisch ausgestattet. Die Lage ist Top, man kann von dort aus wirklich viel Unternehmen. Die Strände sind super anzufahren und wirklich schön angelegt. Da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Hausperle Ivana, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist.
Alles in allem war es wieder super! Die Buchung für nächstes Jahr ist bereits in Planung!
