Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Kršan. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
