Ubytovanie v poriadku, len jedna spálňa má situované okno do uzavretého priestoru slúžiaceho na parkovanie (bez prísunu čerstvého vzduchu), kde bol zároveň vstup do druhých apartmánov (svetlo na fotobunku svietilo do okna pri každom pohybe). V kúpeľni bolo cítiť z vetracej šachty cigaretový dym.

Objektu nema perilicu za rublje, te oskudjeva u kuhinjskom priboru (uopce nema podlozaka, nema tostera, ima dva lonca i sl.)
