About this apartment rental
Let yourself be woken up by your dream destination! Everything for this moment: our fairytale finca * Almendra *. Slightly elevated, surrounded by approx. 7000 m2 of natural terrain, the finca is quiet and peaceful at the end of a dead end, approx. 2 km from the sandy bay of Cala Mesquida. The finca consists of 2 residential units.
The larger apartment consists of two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite on two floors. On the lower floor there is a spacious living / dining area with satellite.-TV, open fireplace and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite.
The prices below apply to this four-person apartment. The two-person apartment can be found under object no.: 23535858 When booking both apartments, please ask about our special prices.
On request, our guests can rent the in-house rental car cheaply.

We liked it a lot. Uwe is a perfect host and both location and the property were pretty good. Access road is for off-road but it was part of the adventure! Seriously, close to everything in the best part of Mallorca!

We had a wonderful, much needed week in here. Uwe is incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed and the garden and views are beautiful. Beach short distance and Cala Ratjada port with it’s abundance of restaurants under a ten minute drive. Pool perfect for children (and us!) to play in and we all loved eating the fresh figs from the garden!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsen und 2 Jugendlichen zu Gast auf dieser schönen Finca. Wir möchten uns als erstes bei Kati und Uwe bedanken, für ihre Bereitschaft unseren Urlaub optimal zu gestalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Finca ist ein Traum, sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe bewirtschaftet. Super Pool, tolle Botanik und der otimale Platz zum relaxen. Es hat an rein gar nichts gemangelt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde von uns jeden Tag beansprucht. Liebe Kati, lieber Uwe macht weiter so. Vielen Dank. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Urlaub bei euch. Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finca! Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren rundum zufrieden. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber, jedes Paar hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche ! Ein schöner Pool & genug Sonnenliegen sind auch vorhanden …. einfach alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse in dem Naturschutzgebiet Cala Mesquida. Der Weg zum Strand Cala Mesquida führt hinter dem Haus entlang und ist mit ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg durch die schönen Dünen sehr gut zu bewältigen. Nach einem Einkauf im ca. 10 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernten Cala Ratjada, steht einem Grillabend auf der Finca nichts im Wege.
Die beiden Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich schnell und unkompliziert.
