About this house rental
The red wooden house is in the small village of Klavreström about 40 km north of Växjö.
It stands on a plot of approximately 1000 square meters.
The living area is approximately 90 square meters and has space for 6 people.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with a beautiful tiled stove, a kitchen, a children's room with a single bed and bunk beds and a covered veranda.
On the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a bathroom and an open space with a single bed.
The house has a boat, garden furniture, barbecue, cot, high chair and some toys.
There is another house that is in sight, object number 2424829. You can also rent this house. It is also ideal if 2 families want to go on vacation together.
In the vicinity you will find many leisure opportunities such. b. A golf course is approx. 800m away, a mini golf course directly at the lake, a tennis court at the museum, anglers also get their money's worth in the lakes, whether from the shore from the boat or one of the islands Year approx. 34 .- € there are also weeks and day tickets.
From 2 weeks the annual ticket is cheapest.
In the forest on the edge of the village there is a nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort der zentral in Smaland liegt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region sind mit ca. max. 90 min Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen z.b. die Astrid Lindgren Welt in Vimmerby.
Der Ort hat einen Supermarkt und zwei kleine Restaurants. Zum See ist es fußläufig. Das Haus ist so wie wir uns ein Haus in Schweden vorstellen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, Kinderlieb und hat auch den ein oder anderen Ausflugstipp.

Haus entspricht den Angaben. Spartanisch und schön. So stellt man sich einen Urlaub in Smaland vor. Ausflugsziele wie Mariannelund, Katthult, Moheda, Kosta, Öland gut zu erreichen. Ohne Auto natürlich nicht. Klavreström hat eine schöne Natur mit tollen Seen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
