This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and hot tubs. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, with mountains in the distance.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with one additional seat at the breakfast bar. The full bathroom features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

Condo was in a great location with good amenities - hot tub, grill, deck, etc. Pool was a short walk to get to. Very close drive to good hiking in the area.My only complaint was a loud a/c or heater unit on the floor above that never shut off.

Toilet ran all night. I did repair this for you. Pocket door between bedroom and bathroom was broken. Hot water was luke warm only for shower. Window blind trim was fallen off with duct tape obviously let loose. Toaster element worked but was obviously loose so possibly dangerous. Otherwise a decent condo that needs some attention.
