friends and family loved it! owner was quick with any questions we had. the smell initially from the rental was a little off putting (kind of like cigarette smoke) but once we opened the windows and started cooking the smell went away. pictures are as described. close to alpine slides, about 30 mins from santa’s village. everything is closeby (groceries, gas, tesla charging station). didn’t snow until the day of check in but children were able to get a couple hours of sledding in the backyard before check out time. overall highly recommended, would stay again.

Out of town family came to visit us in Los Angeles and we took them to Big Bear to give them a mountain town experience. The house is 10 minutes away from the downtown area and has all the amenities promised. The kids enjoyed having their own play area. Any issues we had were promptly resolved by the manager and communication with the team was very pleasant.

The management was fast to replied and accommodate our 1 hr extended. But the property in needs of cleaning it’s my number 1 requirements when I’m renting. Cleanliness
