The villa has access to the sea, reachable via a short path that leads to one of the most beautiful and uncontaminated bays of Scopello
The structure is on a single floor and is accessed from the large and bright living room that overlooks the porch. This porch allows guests to enjoy moments of healthy relaxation in complete privacy and to have breakfast outdoors in contact with the surrounding nature. The kitchen, cheerful and bright, is equipped with all the necessary utensils and has access to the two verandas. There are 4 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms and one single. An additional bathroom with tub serves the house. The furnishings are simple but at the same time comfortable and make the rooms elegant, sober and relaxing. Near the central body of the villa, there is the annex with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is located in front of the villa, inserted within a lush garden characterized by various ornamental plants. The solarium area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrella to make the guests' stay more comfortable.
The ancient seaside village of Scopello is only 1 km from the house.
Outside the villa there is a video surveillance system that covers only the external areas, in order to guarantee the safety of the entire property. The system consists of 4 cameras, strategically positioned to monitor the most critical points of the villa: one for the pool area, one for the main entrance, one for the back of the villa and one that frames the surrounding area. In this way, all external areas are monitored, ensuring complete and continuous surveillance of the entire property.
