A short distance from sledding, ice skating, and more, this smoke-free apartment lets you experience it all. Duxeralm Ski Lift is within an easy 5-minute walk and Duxer-6er Bubble Ski Lift is also a quick 8-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

Relax in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 646-sq-ft apartment, which also offers a BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

This 2-bedroom rental features a living room and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave.

We spent a great holiday in Haus Julia. The apartment is very close to the chairlift Duxeraml. I could ski down the apartment door. It has all the facilities which someone could want on vacation. Price-quality ratio is good. Evenings by the fireplace gave the holiday a special charm.The owner took care of every detail for the visitors to feel their best during their stay at home Julia. In Hochkrimml, as well as throughout the entire Zillertal, the snow was due to the high altitude and special attention of organizers even that on the period when I was, the snow was almost absent in other areas. Slopes are for all levels of skiers and the tour is a great experience (route Hochkrimml - Zell - Hochkrimml on skis) This was not the first skiing holiday in Austria (but 7) and certainly we shall return to Haus Julia.
