About this house rental
The holiday home "el sueno blanco" went into rental for the first time in 2013. It is located in the beautiful town of L´ametlla de Mar in the Tres Calas urbanization,
• Living space 130m², plot 520m²
• All windows have aluminum roller shutters. The drive is electric. The operation is by remote control (also from the bed). Each room has its own remote control, plus a master remote control for all shutters.
• The house is alarm-protected with a direct connection to the security service incl. Video surveillance (of course only when the system is armed). Your valuables are well protected when you are away. The front door is particularly secured against burglary.
• The front door has an intercom with video to the entrance gate.
• The designer kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality (e.g. E.g .: induction cooker) with a view of your own bonsai.
• The pool has LED lighting. The pool can be illuminated in blue, green or red. A continuous color change is also possible.
* The pool is heated / cooled. The pre-selected temperature can be kept in the target area if desired,
• The outdoor facilities are exclusively designed incl. Outdoor shower.
• All rooms have air conditioning systems that can also be used to heat the rooms,
• The hot water is processed via solar panels.
• The gate for the entrance opens electrically as does the garage door.
• Satellite TV, 3 new Smart TV devices available since 06-2019
• Separate barbecue area

Very nice villa Everything that is absolutely perfect. Good reception by Laura, she was super helpful and nice. Everything was very clean. Contact with the owner is very good, you get answers to questions very quickly. It is a beautiful villa, but it is especially safe for small children. It has a beautiful swimming pool with lovely water. Everything was tip top in the house, everything you needed was there. Good household appliances. We enjoyed it immensely with our family!

We had a perfect experience in this nice villa with my family. The villa is like shown in the pictures. The owner and Laura were always available and of good advice for whatever questions we had. The villa is well equipped with a nice pool and not far to the beach’s and the other activities in this area of Spain. Recommend we pass an excellent holiday in this place. Thanks againanything

Very relaxed and quiet place. The accommodation was very luxurious and complete. From the furniture inside till everything out side. The pool had a perfect temperature. Communication with the host was very pleasant and to the point.
