Terraced house in paradise

Paradise palms, Kissimmee, Florida is a beautiful holiday destination with plenty for the whole family to do.
The amazing entrance that greets you leads directly to a well equipped clubhouse that all residents have free access to. The clubhouse offers a cinema (with numerous films playing daily), gym, large games room and shop. Directly to the rear of the clubhouse is the large communal pool which features waterfalls and spas, a kids pool is also located in this area. The pool area also has a well stocked Tiki bar. The rental house is located within a 5 minute walk of this clubhouse making it a superb location.

The house is a 4 bed 3 bath townhome with a private enclosed splash pool. There is a large living/dining area that also features the well equipped kitchen that has a large oven, microwave and American fridge freezer. There is a 50inch smart TV, free Wifi throughout and house phone for guests to use in the living area. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Bed 2 (master): features a king size bed with a large TV, this room has a large ensuite (featuring double basins) and a shower/bath.
Bed 3: features a double bed with TV
Bed 4: features twin beds with a TV
There is a shower room /toilet located on the ground floor and the same upstairs.

Paradise Palms has 24 hour security and is a gated community adding that extra security for you and your family. Security patrol the resort at regular intervals. You ll be given an access code to enter the resort prior to your arrival. This saves you needing to report to security (this code is changed frequently).
Once your booking is confirmed you ll receive a further 4 digit code. This will allow you access into the home (again this code is changed frequently). You therefore do not need to report to anyone on your arrival, saving you time.

The resort is located within a 10 minute drive of 3 supermarkets namely Super Target, Wallmart and Publix. The resort is approximately 25 minute drive from all the major parks and attractions. There is also a range of bars and restaurants all within a few minutes drive from the resort.

The resort is a popular destination for many. It is recommended that you book early to save disappointment.

Please note a minumum 5 night stay is required.

Please also note we do not allow pets.

Please note a refundable £200 deposit will also be needed prior to arrival. This will be returned after an inspection is completed following departure (within 7 days).

Pool heating can be requested for an extra £20 a day. Please note, if you require pool heating we will need to know at least 48hrs prior to arrival.

Check in is 1600hrs onwards
Checkout is 1000hrs, late checkout may be available, dependant on dates booked, fee applies.
