...problème d’isolation phonique. Aucun bruit extérieur car au sein d’une résidences calme, mais on entend tout de ce que disent/font les voisins des étages supérieurs. Vraiment décevant. Sinon terrasse plein sud très agréable et literie confortable. Studio bien emménagé.
