Light flooded, cozy apartment (in non-smoking house), 65 m², in a very quiet, rural environment upstairs with large dormer, for up to 4 people, individually decorated: a living / bedroom with two sofa beds (90 x190 cm), fireplace, satellite -TV, CD / DVD radio, a bedroom with French bed (160 x 200 cm) and desk, large shower room with underfloor heating, towel warmer, hair dryer, bath mat, new kitchenette with 2 induction plates, fridge with large freezer, dishwasher, large multi-function oven, Microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine on request for a fee, hall with wardrobe, garden 700 m², tents possible, terrace with seating area & porch swing, sandbox, double garden lounger, Kettler table tennis (including 1 Tischtennisset), badminton , Barbecue, free parking spaces, 2 bicycles for hire (extra charge, garaging). Beach tent, beach bags, toys, books, board games on site. Wealth of topical information material.
