Les plus : proximité centre ville, port et plage. La vue sur la mer magnifique, coucher de soleil tous les soirs, la clim appréciable en pleine canicule, le calme malgré tout car suffisamment éloigné des campings avec sono à fond. Bel espace dans l'appartement et une literie topissime !
Les moins : évacuation douche et wc pas top, odeurs sdb et wc pas très sympas, l'aspirateur à changer il ne fonctionne pas. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la machine à laver. Le ménage à notre arrivée plutôt moyen.

a notre arrivé lavabo pas vidé terrasse tres sale , et machaine a laver en panne plus pas de micro ondes , bref et rideau sur terrasse a eviter de baiser car tres deteriorés sinon , belle vue et agreable pour le reste pret de la plage et des commerces comme indiqué mais a revoir pour les ustensiles de cuisine

Lave linge en mauvais état, pas de rinçage ni d'essorage, à changer!! Pas de lave-vaisselle c'est très dommageable de nos jours ne serait-ce pour l'économie d'eau,!! Procédure de remise des clés au coffre parfaite, problème de trousseau de clefs avec 3 clés fonctionnant très mal. Nous avons dû faire appel au numéro d'urgence, une personne très sympathique est venue nous dépanner.

Lave linge inutilisable malgré les réclamations des locataires précédents. Un lave-vaisselle serait agréable et permettrait de faire des économies d'eau. Climatiseur appréciable vu l'orientation de l'appartement et place de parc très pratique.
