Thirteen acres of forest and mangroves surround this lovely community offering tranquility in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The new dune walk takes you from the pool sundeck directly onto the wide private beach. With bird and dolphin watching right from your beach chair, Sandpiper Beach is sure to please every member of the family!

The Sanibel Holiday staff was a delight to work with from the beginning of the reservation process until our checkout day. This was our second year to book this unit with Sanibel Holiday, and it was a great experience both years. We found their service consistently good. Sandpiper Beach is a nice place to stay if you want privacy and quiet without all the resort trappings. It's not too far from Perwinkle Way, which will take you to most places on the island. The owner has done a good job of anticipating guests' needs, and the Sanibel Holiday staff is readily available if anything else might be needed. We hope to return as we now consider this our home away from home!

The condo is very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious for a family of four. Loved the screened in balcony. Perfectly located on the beach with private access. Excellent management company!

Sunrise at 6:30, sunsets at 7:00. The late afternoon on Sandpiper’s private beach were times of sheer solitude. The sunrise at this location has its benefit, too(which is something we missed while on a recent West End stay). Unit #506, when available, is always a first and also a highly recommended choice of place to stay. There’s a need to plan, to book early for this unit...it’s a very good one.
