The Space:
The Room:
The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Charming Cowboy is the second of nine rooms available in this picturesque space. The one bedroom, one bathroom room is accessible from the front exterior of the house. Inside of the room, guests will find a queen bed, breakfast area near the fireplace and TV, and full bathtub in the bathroom. Guests will find a charming seating area — for those who like to sit back and enjoy the moment next to the coffee bar.
The Space:
Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.

Guests will have access to the private room and common areas throughout the property.

The whole property was very nice. We met the cleaning lady and groundskeeper. They were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in Denver next time.

Very clean/secure and well-appointed location! The property is walking distance to 2-great coffee shops and tons of fun restaurants. Only blocks away from Coors Field and downtown Denver is just as accessible! The room itself was super-comfy. Great bed, nice little refrigerator/microwave and the host was very responsive to any questions I sent their way. Parking worked, I just had to pay attention to the posted signs (as the host called out in the property listing).

This is a wonderful little boutique apartment. It’s perfect for two people to relax. Enjoy a beverage on the quaint private porch. Or take a load off on the bed with a cozy fire. The room clean and nicely appointed. Coffee is provided 24hrs. in the main lobby, but there’s a fabulous, must-visit coffee shop a block away!

Great location and cute space. Could be improved. It didn't seem like they have done a deep clean in a while and I usually don't notice things like that. There was either dried blood or ketchup on the floor of the bed. With other areas that had not been cleaned in a long time. With Covid you want to know you are staying in a place with good cleaning practices.
The walls are also very very thin. It sounded like the guests nearby had a great evening...
