Our centrally located in Waldstr. 3 Apartment Schloonblick in Bansin (with a view of the Schloonsee) is modern and comfortably furnished.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms (1.80 x 2 and 1.60 x 1.90) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted 32 inch television. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. A washing machine is available.
The apartment has a total of 3 TVs. In the living area there is a cozy leather sofa with long chair. From the sitting area you can see the gas fireplace or the wall-mounted TV. There is a large dining table with beautiful braided chairs with leather upholstery. Here you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen borders the living area. There are sufficient cookware, dishes and cutlery, as well as numerous glasses. There is a coffee machine with a thermos flask and a Senseo pad machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave. A water kosher, a toaster and an egg cooker and a blender are available. There is a separate tea service. From the living room you can walk to 2 balconies: South-East (with a light sea view) and South West (with a view of the Schloonsee and the street; covered and protected from the side). A children's travel bed with a thick additional mattress and a high chair are available for the little ones. The apartment has games and painting things. An ironing board, an iron and a clothes horse are also available.
On the ground floor there is a lockable storage room for bicycles belonging to the apartment. The parking space is at the house.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt, mit Freude sind wir immer gerne wieder nach Hause gekommen.
Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub auf Usedom bei Fam.von Bargen. Beste Empfehlung.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in schöner, ruhiger, zentraler Lage.
Familien, die eine ruhige Umgebung suchen, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Restaurants und Stand in nächster Umgebung werden sich hier wohl fühlen.
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet und in sehr guter Lage! Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal hier und waren wieder sehr zufrieden :)

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf Usedom verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut für eine Ferienwohnung. Den Kamin mussten wir zum Glück nicht nutzen, ist aber ein schöner Blickfang. Ich habe eigentlich nur zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Schlusselübergabe bei der Abreise könnte man besser lösen. Ich muss nicht extra zum Verwalter fahren um ihn dann da auch nur in einen Briefkasten zu werfen. Da könnte ich ihn auch direkt an der Wohnung in den Briefkasten werfen. Und bei den gemieteten Wäschesets, war ich enttäuscht. Die Handtücher waren sehr klein. Und die Bettwäsche war so typische Hotelbettwäsche die man schnell wechseln kann (ohne Knöpfe und ein ganz fester Stoff). Da hatte ich was anderes erwartet für den Preis. Das kann man aber leicht umgehen, indem man das nächste mal unsere eigene Wäsche mitbringen. An sonsten eine wunderschöne Wohnung die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.
