Beautiful condo comfortable and spacious close to the pool. Loved the balcony and sea breeze.
Not the easiest to find, but worth it- very safe and secure.

We had a 2 week stay in January 2026 at this property.
Host Cesar is very enthusiastic & responsive to questions & request;
and is readily available with suggestions of places to visit, dine, dance, eat & shop. Property is on a golf course. Property is beautiful & well maintained. Location is close to El Yunque Rainforest, Luquillo Beach & PR food Kiosk, Fajardo Seven Seas Beach, Pinones Beach in Loiza. Definitely need a car.
Villa is very clean & quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Pool on site is conveniently located in front of villa.
Loved sitting on balcony in am watching sunrise & at night listening to the sounds of the Coqui.
Washer & dryer not available for use. Had to take time to go to laundromat on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rio Mar apartment. The place was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described—everything was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The apartment is in a great location, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the area.
Cesar is an outstanding host—very responsive, friendly, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, communication was smooth and easy, and he made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rio Mar. We would definitely stay here again!
